I just received footage from the Aziola Cry performance at last year’s ProgStock festival. I am currently making plans to put it together to individually release each song as its own video. Look for this later in the year along with an announcement about the next Aziola Cry album.

Tonight!
From Gagliarchives: Join us at 10PM ET; 7PM PT; & 3AM UK time tonight for Program 1841, as we feature an exclusive interview with Warr Guitars guitarist and composer, Jason Blake. Jason joins to talk about his excellent new solo release from the 7d Media label titled Subsequent Ruins that gives us a very artistic look in the entire package of this release in a very haunting modern day, new look at the traditional story of 'The Pied Piper'.
This new release is in our WEEKLYTOP20 currently at number eleven and is now in its sixth consecutive week and features long time favorite artists & guest on our program in drummer extraordinaire Marco Minnemann. Jason will also talk about the excellent 2021 release from his band Aziola Cry and their Sensory Records release titled The Ironic Divide. We'll also talk about some upcoming work Jason has coming up, including live dates, and work on the next Aziola Cry album as well. Don't miss this wonderful and long overdue visit from one of the top tier players of the Warr guitar.

Gagliarchives Tonight and #11!
From gagliarchives.com… “…we kick things off with new music from 7d Media and the incredible Chicago based Warr guitarist Jason Blake and his new offering titled Subsequent Ruins that moved up five spots in the WEEKLYTOP20 to number eleven. This new album features radio program favorite & mainstay in drummer Marco Minnemann. Jason also revealed that work has begun on the next Aziola Cry release that will follow up the amazing 2021 release titled The Ironic Divide that was the number twenty eight album from The Global Progressive Rock Network's Top 100 Of 2021 from the Sensory Records label, an imprint of The Laser’s Edge label. Jason will be joining us in the up and coming weeks as well.”
Recording Drums
I have spent the last three days at Transient Sound recording drums for the upcoming Aziola Cry album. Tom played great and it was a blast hanging out with Steven Gillis and the guys from the studio. Next up, guitars.
